Listen up, Oregon!
The election is just a few weeks away now. It’s time to make sure you’re ready to vote.
The voter registration deadline is October 13, so now’s a perfect time to double‑check that your information is up to date. Whether you’re registering for the first time, updating your address, or just making sure everything looks right, taking a minute right now helps to make sure there aren’t any issues with your ballot.
To register in Oregon, you must be a U.S. citizen, an Oregon resident, and at least 16 years old (you’ll need to be 18 years old by Election Day to get a ballot and vote).
Here are a few easy, official ways to register or update your information:
- By mail – Complete, sign, and mail in a paper voter registration card. You can download a registration card from OregonVotes.gov.
- At the DMV – you will automatically be registered if you present documents that prove your identity and eligibility.
Your vote will decide Oregon’s future. Use it.
